Edward Marshall, PhD, president of the Marshall Group, Inc., in Chapel Hill, N.C. will present Beyond Economic Fear:  A Collaborative Approach to Work.

 

During a year of change with our national political leadership and the current state of our economy, we should also evaluate the state of our business leadership.  Dr. Marshall takes a close look at the current "gaps" in our approaches to leadership including generational, financial, values, and priorities; and suggests ways that collaborative leadership and an understanding of what it really takes to make businesses thrive, can close some of these gaps.
