TODN wants to make a difference for members.  We are an independent regional non-profit association that is connected with the national association, Organization Development Network.  Our members are professionals working in organizational development, human resources, organizational learning, and change management. 

TODN values delivering services that enhance our profession and impact communities.  We support the reenergizing of OD professionals through networking, skill development, and creative learning.

Membership Categories

All memberships are good for 12 months from the date of joining/renewal.

Individual:  Individual membership is $60 / year

Corporate:  Corporate memberships are $225/ year

Membership belongs to the corporation and up to six employees may be designated as beneficiaries at one time.  Each beneficiary has full member benefits including membership database entry and program discounts.  Each corporate member should have one point of contact, and one or all designates may be changed 4 times a year-- January, April, July, or October at the initiation of the contact person.  Additional designates may be added at $25/year. 

Corporate membership fees may be waived in lieu of meeting space suitable for meetings (50 attendees) at least 4x /year.  These memberships may be initiated by TODN or the prospective corporation but are contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors.

Student:  Full time students may join at the discounted rate of $30 / year. Please note that you will be asked to identify the school and the program in which you are participating.
