PROGRAMS
- Offer 3 full programs (3 hours plus) on topics of vital interest to the local OD community
- Offer 6 shorter, more informal programs (1 to 1.5 hours) on emergent thinking, research and idea gathering by local members
- Leverage existing SIGs to include leadership and shared learning for all members
- Add 2 additional SIGs of interest to members
- Consider implementation of Web-Ex technology to increase virtual learning and networking
- Increase volunteer committees to drive, design and implement key programs and learning forums

PROCESSES & INFRASTRUCTURE
- Purchase and implement new software for website to enhance technology features for members
- Enhance web design to include membership features, newsletters, calendars, programs, SIGs, job opportunities, resources and Board information
- Increase communications through both strategic and practical actions; use high-tech and high-touch to reach our members and larger audiences

VALUE PROPOSITION
- Continue to meet and exceed the expectations of members by offering new and creative opportunities to ‘Connect and Learn’ in our programs, learning forums, SIGs, mentoring etc., staying in tune with the trends of OD
- Enhance our overall communications through consistent branding and messaging about our services and the learning impact for members and larger audiences that are timely, frequent and effective
- Expand our reach to other key leaders, HR and L&D as well as academic audiences to serve the greater public with OD knowledge, learning and skills
