TODN is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to www.todn-nc.org. We will, at certain times, request personal information from our visitors such as name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number. TODN uses this information for internal administrative purposes only including:

• Membership application and membership renewals.
• Program registration and billing.
• Membership database population and maintenance.

TODN does not share visitors' personal information with third parties unless required by law.  TODN has implemented generally accepted technical and operational measures to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of the personal information we collect.
