TODN Sponsorship Opportunities-

Have you considered becoming a sponsor?

Sponsorship is an excellent way to market your organization to our members.  In addition to creating visibility for your company, sponsorship provides you the opportunity to educate local HR, OD, and OE professionals about the products and services your company provides. 

TODN offers two types of sponsorships, an annual sponsorship and an event sponsorship. Sponsorships are not exclusive except as noted in the event sponsor package, which accommodates an exclusive event sponsorship only. Annual sponsors are able to attend and display at all programs in conjunction with one or more event sponsor. One or more display tables will be made available for all sponsors to share. If space is available, other arrangements will be considered.  Please see the benefits available to you by  partnering with TODN as a sponsor. 

• 468 x 60px- max size is 40kb - web site banner ad (added to banner rotation)
• Acknowledgement of annual sponsorship on TODN’s homepage with company logo and a direct link to the sponsor’s corporate website for the year of sponsorship.

• Sponsorship information on email distributions for all programs during year of sponsorship and noted in all newsletters distributed throughout the year.
• Free attendance for up to two attendees from sponsor’s organization at all programs throughout the year of sponsorship and opportunity to network with attendees.
• Opportunity to display company materials at a sponsors’ display table at all events (note: when multiple sponsors are present, they will share the display table(s). TODN ensures adequate, equitable space for all sponsors).  
• Fifteen to thirty minutes to address the membership during the annual meeting. 

• Direct link to sponsor’s corporate website on TODN’s event page during the timeframe (month) advertising that event.
• Sponsorship information on email distributions advertising sponsored event.
• Free attendance to the sponsored event for up to two attendees from sponsor’s organization and the opportunity to network with attendees.
• Opportunity to display company materials at a sponsors’ display table at the sponsored event (note: when multiple sponsors are present, they will share the display table(s). TODN ensures adequate, equitable space for all sponsors).  
• Five minutes to address the group during the opening minutes of the sponsored program. 
• Collection of business cards should you choose to offer a door prize.
